Write It Down & Lose Your Weight!



I have found that by writing things down you stay honest with yourself.  You need to be accountable.  You need to plan your food intake.  Write down each and every morsel that you eat and everything that you drink. 

Choose your exercise activity and then plan out your week.  Set goals for yourself.  Start out with small reachable goals.  Write it all down.  Keep looking at everything that you have written each day.  Stay focused and in the moment.  Take baby steps, start slowly, build a solid foundation.  You can do it!  Believe in yourself!  Choose to be happy!  Stay positive!
