The most important suggestion that I, as the Diet Diva can give you, is that no matter how hard it is to stay on your weight loss journey YOU MUST! Quitting is NEVER an option. No matter how many times you fail or fall flat on your face, it does not matter...Keep going. It does not matter how many times you rejoin a weight loss program, the key is rejoining. Stay focused! Stay positive! Keep going! You will soon start to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
