One Vision! One Goal! One Destination!

Being on a diet is very difficult…  You feel deprived.  You get cranky.  You begin to have withdrawal symptons.  You have to have a vision, a goal, a destination to make it. 

     Great… I said it, but can I do it?  How many goals have I had in the past?  How many times have I failed?  Will I make it?  What do I need to change in order to reach my destination?  Which diet program will get me there?  Can I stick to it?  Will I be happy?  Will I get healthy?

    I have decided that I have to continue moving forward.  After losing over 100 pounds, I was happy and stopped pushing forward and lower.  I have been watching the new show Extreme Makeover with Chris Powell and I want to continue my weight-loss. 

     My new vision is to set up diet and exercise goals that will help me get to my next phase.  I must plan a strict diet and exercise routine.  I must stick to it just like the people on the show.  My BMI is no longer 56, but it is far from 25.  I will make it!  Join me on my journey.  What do you have to do to make it?
