
I have used many of the following tips to help me lose 122 pounds. My mind at times tries to slip back to my thoughts from before, but I love the new smaller me. I am still using the tips. I WILL reach my goal. Read on and start implementing them too…
Tips:
* Do not eat in front of your TV
* Eat healthy, low-fat foods
* Eat six small meals per day
* Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day
* Eat vegetables
* Eat fruits
* Weigh yourself daily
* Do not keep unhealthy foods/snacks around your house
* Pay attention to your portions
* Try to eat something every three hours
* Make your dining experience memorable: use your silverware, crystal, candles etc.
* Try not to eat out in restaurants too often
* Relax
* Always eat breakfast
* Prepare your snacks in advance
* Wear a pedometer
* Aim for 10,000 steps per day
* Drink your liquids
