My Header Pictures…

If you look at my Header; you will see different pictures.  Each picture has a meaning…

     My book cover design was put onto paper by my dear friend and Graphic Designer Extraordinaire:  Eli S. Rodriguez.  I feel that when I was morbidly obese weighing 350 lbs., I was the jalopy truck.  I felt like I had flat tires, was peeling, in other words a wreck.

     My journey since my very first diet at the young age of 14 has been a very long and winding road.  I have had many, many detours.  Some detours have lasted for a long time and others only for a few short hours, but I always knew in my heart that I would someday reach my destination goal. 

     My parents are the small angels at the top.  Between my parents, my other guardian angels and God, I have always been blessed.  They keep helping me from up above. 

     At my destination weight goal, I feel that I will be a sleek, running machine, just like the Jaguar.  In order to get there, I must follow all of my winning techniques.  I must drink all of my water, exercise, take my vitamins and supplements, wear my pedometer and weigh myself daily.  By doing these, I will reach my Jaguar state and I will leave in my rear view mirror the image of the old, run-down jalopy truck!  Let’s keep moving towards reaching our wellness state!
