
We make exercise seem so difficult. We think about it too much. Let’s stop mentioning all of the usual excuses:
*I hate it!
*I do not have time to exercise!
*I do not have the money to join a gym!
*No one wants to exercise with me!
*I have so much work to finish!
*I am tired!
*I do not have the right clothes to wear!
WOW! The list can go on and on…What I have found is that exercise can be very simple and you do not need a lot of “things”. I recommend that you start by walking, which can be done anywhere. You can do it outside, inside, at a mall, gym, at the beach…You do need a good pair of sneakers. I always use my pedometer. I carry my water bottle and away I go. I aim for 10,000 steps per day. I always move for at least 30 minutes.
