I Am A Diva!

 I started my latest weight-loss journey at 350 pounds, in 2005.  It has been a slow journey, but I have lost a lot of weight.   My goal right now, is to reach 199 pounds! 

     I have always believed that I was going to be at a healthy weight.  I was always grateful that I felt good about me.  I do not want to sound conceited, but I always felt beautiful, smart, caring and good.  I always felt loved!  I always believed that God was by my side and with his love and encouragement I would reach my goal weight.

     Many obese people talk badly about thin, healthy people.  I always looked at trim, fit and toned people as being… where I would be someday.  I liked looking at them and observing what they did, what they wore, how they carried themselves, what they ate.

     I believe that we can all be sexy and diva-like.  We can begin to take care of ourselves as we lose weight.  The more we do to beautify our bodies, the more positive we feel, the more that we will lose! 

    Buy beautiful exercise clothes!  Get manicures and pedicures!  Facials!  Massages!  You can decide – what will make you look and act like a DIVA!  Do whatever you must do to get yourself to goal.  It can be done!  I will do it!
