Getting out of the “PIT”!

You always know when it is time to get back on the weight-loss journey.  You feel hopeless.  You feel depressed.  You feel fat.  You feel ugly.  You feel like you have failed again.  Psychologically and physically you are not feeling well.  You are barely functioning with your daily duties.

    In order to get back on track, you must start doing all of the things that you know will make you successful.  I know that I have to weigh myself daily.  I must wear my pedometer.  I have to exercise.  I need to throw out any and all junk food.  I need to choose a diet program to follow.  I must drink my liquids.  I must have my vitamins and my supplements ready.  I MUST de-clutter.

    De-cluttering is a new one for me.  I have found that as my house, my closets, my drawers, my fridge get organized; I feel GREAT!  When I feel great, I stay on my program.

     My advise for you is to try and de-clutter your house, your life and your fridge!  Rev up your engines…let the race to the weight-loss finish begin!  Good luck!
