Exercise With a Vengeance!

It is a new year.  I will reach my weight goal of 199 pounds in 2012.  After being sick for many months and having had surgery; I am now ready to continue with my weight loss.  I am now able to exercise again.  My energy levels are still quite low, but I need to get moving.

     My husband and I started working out together.  We started at our new recreation center.  It is a beautiful building.  It has such positive vibes.  It is very bright and colorful.  This new center has a fantastic indoor track.

     My exercise routine has to have a variety of activities to do.  I get bored very easily.  What I did know was that in order to be successful, I have to exercise every day.  I knew that I must do at least 30 minutes.  I had to decide what I was going to do in order to start moving again.

     Here goes my exercise schedule for the week:

Monday – Walking on the track.  (60 minutes)

Tuesday – I swim laps, water exercises and  walk in the walking pool.  (60 minutes)

Wednesday – I do the Cardio machines ( Row, Elliptical, Cross-trainer, Bike, Treadmill) (60 minutes)

Thursday – Repeat Monday’s routine

Friday – Repeat Tuesday’s routine

Saturday – Repeat Wednesday’s routine

Sunday – Go hiking!

My biggest hint is to start at whatever level you are at and begin moving!  Good luck!
