About Me

I am a motivational speaker, columnist and author. My goal is to coach people in losing weight. I want to inspire and motivate them by telling my story. I was morbidly obese with a BMI of 56. I was told by my doctor that if I did not lose weight, I would be dead in 6 years. I understand what you go through when you weigh an excessive amount. I know about the humiliation, sneers, comments and all that encompasses your life while you are in a huge body. I want to share my experiences in order to assist you in staying motivated to lose your weight and get healthy.I want you to understand that no matter what you weigh; you can be successful and get the body that you`ve always dreamed of having.
